Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, analyze, and document technical accounting matters; prepare calculations to support accounting conclusions and external audit reviews under US GAAP.
  • •Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, leading implementation of significant accounting changes.
  • •Coordinate complex transaction valuations with external specialists, including reviewing 409A, intangible asset, and equity award valuations.
  • •Design and implement efficient, SOX-compliant accounting processes and internal controls to support growth.
  • •Partner with external auditors and consultants; provide training and mentorship on technical accounting topics and emerging standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license required.
  • •7+ years of combined experience in Big 4 public accounting and/or corporate accounting at a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
  • •Strong technical accounting expertise, including drafting memos on complex, non-routine transactions.
  • •Deep understanding of US GAAP and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
  • •Experience supporting growing external reporting, audit, or regulatory complexity, and familiarity with ERP/financial reporting tools (Netsuite and Workiva preferred).
