Branch Manager - Blended

Lead daily operations for a Ferguson blended plumbing supply location in Kailua Kona, driving sales growth and profit-and-loss performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Manage and motivate a team of 4–6 associates across showroom, inside sales, counter, and warehouse functions. Build strong House Account relationships, implement local strategies, optimize pricing, inventory, logistics, and enforce a first-in-safety culture through HSE policies.
