Job Summary

Manage and schedule service and warranty work for residential solar and storage systems, working closely with customers and the Performance O&M field service team. Organize warranty/service schedules, allocate labor, lead meetings and training for field teams, support onboarding, and drive KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch performance. Assist with inspections and site audits as assigned while maintaining safety, strong customer service, and technical proficiency with NEC and PV systems.

•Work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians, including onboarding and training new team members.
•Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices and safety.
•Exceed field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatches) and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Salary: USD 29.05 - 38.73

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
•High school diploma is required.
•Ability to maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, be 21 years of age, and hold a valid driver’s license.
•Knowledge of NEC and applicable codes/standards, with electrical/PV installation knowledge including interpreting single line drawings and understanding solar interconnection.
•Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred (may be required depending on state).
