Customer Experience Banker

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers in a branch setting. Provide exemplary customer service, resolve issues, and educate customers on consumer deposit products. Proactively retain and grow consumer and business relationships through disciplined follow-up, outbound calling, and referral sourcing. Recommend deposit and other banking products, refer customers to the right areas, and ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while accurately processing transactions and balancing daily.
