Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coach, develop, and provide performance management and feedback to team members; ensure adherence to policies and standards.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and partner with the General Manager on repair vs. reject decisions.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards to ensure effective first-time repairs, minimizing re-checks, rework, and production delays.
