  • •Develop and drive procurement strategy for manufacture-related categories in The Chuan and HLM in collaboration with global procurement teams.
  • •Lead sourcing, negotiation, pitch process, contracting, supplier performance review, and supplier management.
  • •Deliver savings and cost avoidance without compromising quality and delivery timelines.
  • •Ensure procurement-related processes, methods, and systems comply with procurement standards.
  • •Contribute to procurement KPI reporting and analyze procurement data quality; manage contract interests ethically.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 6 years of procurement experience in manufacture-related categories in a multinational company.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with fluent written and verbal English.
  • •Excellent presentation and analysis skills using PPT and Excel (Power BI is a plus).
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • •Strong organizational skills with proven project management capability.
