Engineering Manager (Experimentation Data Infrastructure)

Lead the Data Infrastructure team within Statsig Experiment at Amplitude, partnering with software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists to power experimentation at scale. Own data ingestion, distributed data computation, and the stats engine that turns raw experiment data into trustworthy results. Define the technical and scientific roadmap across cloud and warehouse-native deployments, translate new statistical/ML methods into reliable product capabilities, and work with customers to improve experimentation methodology.
