Key Responsibilities

  • •Administrative project administration and management of project documentation, ensuring proper circulation of documents between the project team, client, and external bodies.
  • •Document flow and archiving of project documentation (paper and electronic), compiling, printing, merging and organizing documents per project and procedural requirements.
  • •Administrative support to project teams, organizing project meetings, preparing notes, reports and administrative materials.
  • •Reporting and financial-administrative support, maintaining invoice registers and financial documents, preparing attachments to periodic reports, and supporting project settlement processes.
  • •Office operations including procurement and fleet management, ensuring smooth functioning of the project office, inventory updates and vehicle servicing.
