Job Summary

Own and lead Xero’s Accountant & Bookkeeping partner channel in the US, driving strategy, execution, and performance for Enterprise partners and enterprise payments relationships. Build a sales-led partner motion focused on retention, expansion, and multi-product adoption. Lead scaling and coaching of the US Enterprise Partner Success & Payments team, establish forecasting and CRM best practices, and align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Payments.

•Drive retention, expansion, and multi-product adoption across a fast-growing enterprise segment.
•Scale and coach the US Enterprise Partner Success & Payments team to embed a sales-led culture with clear revenue accountability.
•Establish sales motions, full-funnel forecasting, and CRM best practices across major enterprise firms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 148,000 - 190,000 annually
