Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead weekly material readiness reviews integrating engineering release schedules, procurement status, and build plans to maintain >95% readiness.
  • •Develop and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) based on demand forecasts, BOM changes, and supplier lead times.
  • •Monitor inventory health across ERP systems and implement mitigation plans for shortages, excess, and aging stock while validating material and BOM accuracy through cross-system reconciliation.
  • •Coordinate with sourcing and procurement and external suppliers to secure timely delivery, track on-time delivery and lead times, and resolve material constraints during prototype and ramp-up.
  • •Build dashboards and report readiness KPIs, spend variance, and supplier performance; drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and PFMEA/root-cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or an engineering-related field.
  • •Proficiency with SAP or equivalent ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills.
  • •Strong analytics skills using SQL and/or Power BI to build dashboards and reporting.
  • •Ability to influence cross-functional partners and external manufacturers to secure commitments and drive issue closure.
  • •Experience supporting complex hardware BOM environments and contract manufacturers/ODMs (capacity, constraints, delivery commitments).
