Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the ERP Department across Financials/Procurement (Quik), HCM/Payroll, and Integration streams with direct reports.
  • •Personally triage, approve, and unblock production issues including access requests, Purchase Requisition (PR) tickets, and Oracle/OIC/Okta troubleshooting.
  • •Directly troubleshoot Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) execution failures and coordinate with IT/InfoSec and security teams on ERP-impacting issues.
  • •Own the Oracle vendor relationship and manage environment reviews, Service Requests (SRs), and upgrade planning for OIC/OCI and Oracle Fusion Identity.
  • •Drive automation and process improvement initiatives (RPA/AI), and own quarterly planning and cross-functional stakeholder management for ERP-related change requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven hands-on experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud/OIC access, integration, and configuration issues—comfortable working tickets directly.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI, Oracle Procurement (PR processes), Oracle Financials/GL reporting, and Oracle HCM/Payroll.
  • •Familiarity with Oracle-Okta access provisioning/deprovisioning and troubleshooting for employees, contractors, and business-partner users.
  • •Experience managing relationships with ERP vendor (Oracle) and external implementation consultants, including raising and tracking Service Requests (SRs).
  • •Track record sponsoring automation/AI-driven solutions (e.g., document/invoice processing, RPA, system consolidation) with measurable time and cost savings.
