Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer needs and define the first level design of the product (solution) considering safety, technical, financial and scheduling objectives, product policy, regulations and industrial constraints
  • •Coordinate specialists contributing to the technical solution and certification
  • •Formalize the product specification and design, allocating requirements to Software and Hardware
  • •Ensure design constraints are correctly applied during development
  • •Perform integration and verification of the product and demonstrate compliance with operational needs

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 in electronics or aerospace systems; proven R&D experience (5-10 years)
  • •ability to define an avionics equipment/system architecture meeting client specifications
  • •ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (hardware, software, testing, industrialization)
  • •experience in identifying and formalizing architectural justifications and requirements
  • •familiarity with avionics interfaces and certification standards (ARP4754, DO254, DO178, DO160) and requirements engineering tools (DOORS or POLARION)
