Inside Sales

Provide product knowledge and take orders at the sales counter and by phone for building-materials customers, including drywall and related systems. Build customer relationships, use the company computer system to enter and complete sales orders, handle cash sales, and quote prices while discussing credit terms. Collaborate with outside sales and sales managers on sales approaches, overcome objections, and prepare sales order forms and reports.
