Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic partner to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects at Fortune 1000 companies, helping shape their enterprise transformation through AI and the Salesforce platform.
  • •Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
  • •Lead architectural modernization efforts, bridging legacy enterprise systems with modern cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
  • •Champion the use of trusted AI to transform workflows, automate decision-making, and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
  • •Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers, system integrators (SIs), and ISVs to share best practices, patterns, and platform innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles with significant focus on cloud transformation and AI integration
  • •Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale
  • •Track record of executive engagement and influence with C-level leadership at Fortune 1000 companies
  • •Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices in enterprise settings
  • •Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org / hybrid cloud architectures
