Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, negotiate, procure, renew, and administer corporate insurance programs and policies, including underwriting submissions and compliance reviews.
  • •Review insurance quotes, binders, policies, audits, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and coverage certainty.
  • •Partner with management and stakeholders to develop risk management strategies and implement company-wide or business-specific risk initiatives.
  • •Lead the corporate claims function, including oversight of third-party administrators, claim investigations, settlements, litigation management, and coordination with Legal and Operations.
  • •Support departmental financial activities such as budgeting, forecasting, premium allocation, premium payments, loss analysis, audits, and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in risk management and insurance.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years of management and/or supervisory experience in the energy industry.
  • •Demonstrates strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with safety as the utmost priority.
