Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Heads of School to oversee daily campus operations during maternity leave or staffing needs across the region.
  • •Build relationships with families and guide them through school tours and the admissions process.
  • •Support enrollment growth by managing inquiries and following up with prospective families in a CRM.
  • •Foster a positive staff culture through coaching and day-to-day support, and resolve parent concerns with empathy and good judgment.
  • •Oversee operational needs including vendor scheduling, supply orders, billing support, and campus organization; coordinate community events and outreach.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous leadership experience in an early childhood education or school setting.
  • •Experience as a School Director, Assistant Director, Principal, Program Director, or similar leadership role.
  • •Proven ability to lead confidently with minimal direction.
  • •Strong organizational and operational management skills.
  • •Experience supporting admissions, enrollment, or customer service; comfortable using CRM and administrative software.
