Key Responsibilities

  • •Use discovery and customer-centric research to evaluate ideas and define personas, story maps, prototypes, and product charters.
  • •Define and communicate digital product vision and integrate products, platforms, and capabilities across channels (web, mobile, voice, in person).
  • •Establish and manage OKRs and a north star metric, continuously measuring results and using leading indicators to guide execution.
  • •Manage the agile delivery lifecycle by prioritizing and actively driving the digital product roadmap through delivery.
  • •Advocate for reusability and modernization of platforms/capabilities to improve speed to market, efficiency, and risk/compliance adherence.
