  • •Serve as a customer technology expert for at least one class of processes, guiding technology development and transfer and integrating requirements into internal roadmaps.
  • •Resolve complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting and statistical methods (e.g., DOEs) to determine root cause and action plans.
  • •Own customer demos and collaborate with account teams and business units on technology development, transfer, process sequence planning, and specification negotiations.
