Account Technologist IV

Lead technology support for customer success by managing install base and new product application performance. Serve as a customer technology expert for process classes, integrating customer requirements into internal roadmaps and resolving complex field issues using structured troubleshooting and statistical methods such as DOEs. Own customer demos, help account teams improve satisfaction and technical reputation, and guide technology development and transfer with process sequence planning and specification negotiations.
