Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Latin America finance teams, ensuring high performance and succession planning.
  • •Oversee financial assurance, control environment, operational analysis, and recurring financial and business processes with an investment/value-creation orientation.
  • •Drive annual planning and forecasting to deliver office/practice budgets and strategic plans in collaboration with corporate and operational teams.
  • •Manage monthly and quarterly financial reviews and management reporting packages to measure performance and provide clear recommendations.
  • •Own externally facing finance and operational matters across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, including vendor/lease relationships and locally administered payroll, compensation, taxes, cash, and intercompany activity, aligned with US GAAP and local regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with strong academic achievement.
  • •Minimum of five years of corporate finance experience with increasing responsibility and scope.
  • •Proven ability to operate as a trusted finance business partner to senior leadership.
  • •Demonstrated project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Fluency in English and at least one major Latin American language (Portuguese and/or Spanish).
