Build and ship full product features across the AI Neobank app, spanning frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Design end-to-end customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Turn ambiguous problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic, partner with product/design/mobile/AI teams, and own production monitoring, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch quickly and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation, and own work beyond release through monitoring, debugging, learning, and improvement.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern stack.
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows while working fast with ambiguity.
