Job Summary

Provide professional technical support for security services by investigating and resolving client incidents and problems. Use service assurance tools to diagnose issues, maintain and update knowledge articles and CI configurations, and monitor service delivery against SLAs. Log, document, and close incidents, escalate unresolved items, and coordinate recovery and remedial/preventive actions. Work with users, internal teams, suppliers, and client IT environments to drive accurate, secure outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle security support requests according to procedures and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore service within SLA expectations.
•Use service assurance software and tools to investigate and diagnose issues, collect performance statistics, and create reports.
•Maintain secure, accurate, complete, and current configuration on configuration items (CIs) and protect assets from unauthorized change.
•Monitor service delivery against SLAs, analyze service records, and initiate or report actions to maintain or improve service levels.
•Escalate unresolved incidents, follow up until resolution, provide service recovery, and document and close incidents; update systems, portals, and ticketing tools.

Key Requirements

•Moderate experience providing remote support in security technologies and supporting clients in technical support contexts.
•Experience with anti-DDoS solutions such as Netscout, Arbor, or Radware.
•Moderate experience with security technologies including Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, and related domains.
•Knowledge of management agent concepts, redundancy concepts, and remote console architecture within the supported domain.
•Professional-level security technology certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, Blue Coat, Zscaler) and/or a degree in Information Technology or Computing.
