Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to implement scalable, best-practice solutions in existing client environments.
  • •Deliver high-value client outcomes while proactively managing expectations and communication internally and externally.
  • •Establish and drive project progress to ensure client success, including context-switching across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • •Create and drive BAU operating models with Account Managers and Support Leads so clients receive needed services.
  • •Partner with R&D to develop scalable tools and improve processes/templates that reduce project effort, timelines, and client reliance on premium services.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting (prior client-facing experience is a plus).
  • •Outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • •Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems (or willingness to learn).
  • •Strong focus on continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Occasional travel to visit clients; bonus experience with investment management software implementations and Python scripting.
