Senior Training Specialist and Retail HR Partner

Support HR and training across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with HR and APAC Academy teams to manage employee lifecycle activities in Workday while leading retail training. Deliver and coach training across brand and retail excellence for The North Face, Icebreaker, Timberland, and VANS, including workshops, on-site coaching, and digital sessions. Handle HR content and administration, coordinate hiring-related processes, track training effectiveness, and help ensure employment law and safety/well-being initiatives are met.
