Job Summary

Provide maintenance and repair for heavy equipment at our Central Austin rental facility, performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and on-site field service. Use our T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues across multiple makes/models. Travel to customer sites as needed; OEM training provided; Monday–Friday schedule with overtime/on-call compensation.

Key Responsibilities

•Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues across hundreds of makes/models.
•Maintain safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Use laptops/tablets comfortably on the job.
•Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on various rental and customer equipment while using independent judgment.
•Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
