•Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) and adapt to strategic changes and new action plans by managers.
•Reorder and manage stock and deliveries and foster a strong team spirit by collaborating with teammates.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in similar retail roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferably in multinational dynamic Retail environments
•Knowledge of the main retail KPIs
•Empathy and dynamism
•Results-oriented with a proactive mindset
•Team player with ability to work with diverse teams
