Automotive Detail Supervisor

Supervise teams of hourly associates in Carvana’s Inspection Center reconditioning workflow to consistently meet production and quality targets. Manage the movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve mechanical and physical defects, and lead first-time repair execution using Quality Control standards. Coach and performance-manage team members, maintain adherence to policies and procedures, prevent conflicts, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to determine repair vs. reject decisions.
