Learn and grow through USAA’s fully paid six-month training to support members with Property & Casualty insurance. In Phoenix, you’ll provide customer service plus sales and retention for multiple personal lines products—handling inquiries, preparing quotes, binding new business, and updating policies through a contact-center environment. You’ll develop insurance and compliance knowledge, maintain required licenses and state registrations, and work schedules that may include weekends and early-evening shifts.
