Build AI-native systems for an AI Neobank app by designing and shipping AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that automate real customer, product, and operations processes. Apply LLMs with retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to financial workflows. Create AI-assisted experiences across onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, document handling, and operations—while balancing accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations that solve customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs with retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to identify what to build and iterate quickly in production.
•Design AI systems around constraints like accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build AI solutions, not just AI strategy or management experience.
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgement on what should be automated versus not.
•Ability to ship working systems with strong testing quality and improving reliability over time.
