Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and approve regulatory and labeling information for Meal Kit and Factor products.
  • •Support Factor labeling updates, ensuring ingredient statements, allergen declarations, Nutrition Facts, and claims are accurate and compliant.
  • •Review Meal Kit menus, recipes, ingredients, and substitutions for regulatory compliance, including time-sensitive weekend changes.
  • •Evaluate products and ingredients against applicable U.S. regulatory requirements and escalate potential compliance risks appropriately.
  • •Maintain regulatory documentation and records to support compliance, traceability, and audit readiness, including Thursday–Monday escalation coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in food regulatory affairs, food labeling, food safety, or a related field.
  • •Working knowledge of U.S. FDA and USDA food labeling and regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience reviewing Nutrition Facts, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and food labeling claims.
  • •Ability to interpret ingredient specifications and regulatory documentation and translate them into guidance for business partners.
  • •Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail to identify compliance risks and determine next steps.
