Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the full project lifecycle to meet client objectives, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone management.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings, reporting status to clients at all stages of the project.
  • •Monitor construction costs, support engineering decisions, and review measurements and payments.
  • •Negotiate scope changes, handle disputes and claims on behalf of the client, and coordinate approvals.
  • •Coordinate consultants, approve final invoices, and support project closeout and transition, while leading teams and ensuring delivery to client expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering and/or Architecture
  • •Previous relevant experience in a similar role, no minimum time required
  • •Experience in civil construction
  • •Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish a plus)
  • •Strong client, supplier, and stakeholder management
