Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with monthly book closing, including preparing schedules for accruals, prepayments, and expense tracking
  • •Compile and maintain data for monthly MIS packs, including revenue trackers and cost reports, with initial variance checks
  • •Help prepare operational finance outputs such as CBD reports and doctors’ revenue share workings, maintaining supporting documentation
  • •Build and maintain control sheets and financial trackers, ensuring report accuracy and consistency
  • •Coordinate with shared services/GL team on posting status, corrections, and missing entries, and support reconciliation processes, audits, budgeting cycles, and ad-hoc reporting

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in accounting/finance roles (freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered)
  • •Strong Excel skills, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP (basic formulas and automation)
  • •Good analytical and data handling skills
  • •High attention to detail
  • •Ability and willingness to learn and adapt
