Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate, manage, and coordinate risk management activities across all stages of projects.
  • •Chair/facilitate risk management meetings and coordinate follow-ups with project teams.
  • •Monitor risk registers and trends across multiple projects and create/maintain client-approved risk registers.
  • •Advise clients on risk management strategies, mitigation plans, and best practices/improvements.
  • •Lead delivery from project inception to completion and actively support technically complex engagements, including managing more junior staff and developing marketing opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant post-education experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s, in a construction/infrastructure-related discipline.
  • •Demonstrable skills implementing and monitoring project risk management on building and infrastructure projects.
  • •Expertise preparing and implementing risk management strategies across the project life cycle.
  • •Ability to chair risk meetings and follow up with project team members at all levels, including quantitative cost risk assessment (Monte Carlo).
