Job Summary

Supervise the store sales floor to create a customer-first, high-energy environment that drives sales and KPI results. Lead clienteling through proactive outreach, model brand service behaviors, and coach the team on goals, performance, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development. •Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
•Build client relationships through proactive outreach and kate spade service standards to drive repeat business and VIP retention.
•Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing training.
•Supervise opening/closing operations including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.
•Oversee operational excellence for POS transactions and inventory processes, maintain stockroom organization, and drive omni-channel initiatives including live-stream shopping and customer data capture.

Key Requirements

•Ability to communicate confidently with customers and staff while navigating the sales floor.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Social media literacy and comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
