Job Summary

Provide technical support for a specific customer, serving as the field escalation focal point for equipment escalations, fleet performance issues, and installation, upgrade, and improvement programs. Support Alpha and Beta site activities for new hardware/process/software designs, generate and review ECOs, and produce system performance reporting (e.g., MTBF, MTBI, availability). Create and present technical documentation and ensure field implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
•Act as an intermediary and field escalation focal point between the customer and the Division, supporting field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel with diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment.
•Support Alpha and Beta sites for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, software, or processes on internal or customer tools.
•Initiate and provide review of ECOs to ensure data supports fixes and follow up with communication to the field.
•Generate and present system performance and process reporting (including metrics such as MTBF, MTBI, availability, and I/W spending analysis) and support GPS documentation, CENs, and BKMs.

Travel: Extensive travel
