Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute complex compliance investigations, including on ad hoc issues as part of a rapid-reaction task force.
  • •Collaborate with Regions, Global Lines, and other entities on delegated investigations and provide expert guidance to Compliance Officers.
  • •Use investigative technology and AI-enabled methods (e.g., e-discovery and data analytics) to work efficiently while keeping human judgment central.
  • •Develop governance frameworks and update policies related to internal investigations and whistleblowing to align with industry standards.
  • •Ensure accurate data entry into the Compliance Case Management Tool (CCMT) and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and Integrity Committee reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience conducting and increasingly leading complex investigations, ideally with international exposure.
  • •Strong expertise in remediation and mitigation measures in an international, multicultural environment.
  • •Exceptional communication skills across all levels, including senior management, in a multicultural organization.
  • •Proven ability to learn, acquire, and apply new knowledge in digital/investigative methodologies, laws, and regulations.
