Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the IT architecture strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
•Lead architecture projects and ensure architecture standards and guidelines are adhered to.
•Work closely with stakeholders to identify technological requirements and develop innovative solutions.
•Analyze existing IT systems and processes to identify and implement optimization potential.
•Monitor technological trends and assess their relevance for Zurich Switzerland’s strategic direction.

Key Requirements

•Higher education in computer science or a related field, with solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
•Multi-year experience in developing and implementing IT architecture strategies in complex enterprise environments, preferably in insurance or banking.
•Tool responsibility for the architecture tool AdoIT, including its further development, plus knowledge of current technology trends for enterprise architecture use.
•Strong ability to think strategically and analyze complex relationships, with effective communication and implementation skills to drive projects and convince stakeholders.
•Fluent German and English skills.
