Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily inline data, metrology, and defectivity trends to identify out-of-control or out-of-spec conditions across the fabrication line.
  • •Collaborate with Process and Equipment engineers to develop, validate, and implement CAPA actions to address process variations.
  • •Develop, maintain, and optimize SPC charts, control limits, and sampling plans to keep process nodes tightly controlled.
  • •Summarize complex data into actionable reports and present yield/defectivity metrics to management and engineering teams.
  • •Investigate process excursions and drive root-cause resolution to minimize defects and maximize product yield.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • •Understanding of semiconductor device physics and CMOS fabrication processes (Lithography, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, Diffusion, Implant).
