Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage key visual and operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by directing recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes aligned with directives.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and zoning/visual support tailored to business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools to identify business opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, and make changes as needed.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities; lead associates through coaching and performance feedback.
