Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor customers’ industrial environments to perform detection, response, and reporting of cybersecurity threats.
  • •Investigate, document, and escalate cybersecurity tickets according to internal procedures.
  • •Propose recommendations to fine-tune security use cases and automations in SIEM, SOAR, and other security solutions.
  • •Handle phone calls on the emergency cybersecurity hotline and provide customer support.
  • •Participate in customer meetings, maintain client relationships, assist Senior Analysts with advanced investigations and root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics).
  • •Minimum 1-3 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and oral) and ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts (12/24, 12/48).
  • •Skills using ticketing systems, SIEM, SOAR tools, and other cybersecurity tools.
  • •Understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint security, and anomaly detection; industrial/ICS-OT experience is a plus.
