Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop cost plans and estimates through the design phase and deliver updated cost plans at key design milestones.
  • •Provide commercial input to design optioneering and support value engineering exercises.
  • •Review contractor and subcontractor pricing, and lead negotiations on behalf of the client to drive fair contract prices.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, valuations, and change management across the project lifecycle, including managing cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports for the client, support final account negotiation and agreement, and compile as-built cost records for benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in a construction cost management related role on mission-critical Data Center, Commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
  • •College and/or post-graduate degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Recognized industry accreditation or working towards it.
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Fluent written and spoken Dutch.
