•Design TikTok LIVE LatAm’s agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and scaling agencies.

•Conduct day-to-day management with agency managers and creators, including support related to content and platform guidelines.
•Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams on in-app and out-of-app campaigns to drive participation and results.
•Design and run LIVE’s agency empowerment program, including training and knowledge transfer to improve agencies’ creator performance and revenue generation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•2+ years of working experience in sales, account management, or managing agencies.

•Experience with livestreaming content is preferred.
