Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily FRA logistics operations and personnel to keep operations running effectively in Europe.
  • •Perform administrative and analytical tasks to ensure mission readiness and compliance with contract requirements.
  • •Oversee logistics execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, including replenishment systems, data interchange, and demand management.
  • •Maintain government property/asset records in the GDIT Asset Management database and conduct physical inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • •Support financial management and contracting activities such as credit card reconciliation/expense reports and drafting/reviewing Statements of Works (SOWs).

Key Requirements

  • •Active/current Secret clearance and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience, plus 5+ years of related logistics management experience.
  • •Background in Army/DoD supply policy, supply chain management, processes, and regulations; familiarity with acquisition procedures and FAR compliance.
  • •GCSS-A and Logistic Modernization Program (LMP) knowledge, including experience with GCSS-A T-Codes and electronic data systems administration.
  • •Experience supporting transportation and logistics tasks, including U.S. Customs compliance and handling shipping orders/receiving documentation (e.g., DD 1149, DD 250).
