Key Responsibilities

  • •Unify penetration testing and red team into a single offensive security function with shared standards, reporting, and tradecraft.
  • •Set and execute the offensive security roadmap, aligning testing scope and cadence to risk profile, regulatory obligations, and product/platform change.
  • •Build and scale AI-augmented offensive security capabilities (AI-assisted recon, vulnerability triage, exploit chaining, purple-team simulation, report generation).
  • •Personally lead and contribute to engagements including network, application, cloud, and AI pentests, adversary emulation, and full-scope red team operations.
  • •Manage and develop the team (hire, coach, mentor) and own program metrics (KPIs, coverage, severity/remediation velocity, engagement quality, program ROI).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,800 - 297,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in offensive security with hands-on penetration testing and red team/adversary emulation experience across disciplines.
  • •2+ years directly managing or leading offensive security teams, ideally in regulated industries like financial services/fintech.
  • •Proven experience designing and implementing AI-led or AI-assisted offensive security programs, including tooling/models used and what scaled.
  • •Deep technical fluency across network, web/application, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and mobile attack surfaces, plus familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and C2 tooling.
  • •Strong communication skills presenting findings and program strategy to engineering, risk teams, and executives; regulated environment/auditor experience is a plus.
