Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of functional consultants across PP, PM, EWM, QM, DMC; manage task allocation, ensure deliverables quality, and own sprint outcomes.
•Coordinate consultants across PP (Production Planning), DMC (Digital Manufacturing), PM (Plant Maintenance) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
•Oversee integration with MES systems, PLC controllers or conveyor lines via SAP MFS; ensure real-time inventory accuracy.
•Maintain accurate reflection of physical stock in the system in real time.
•Manage stakeholders with commercial, production, and warehousing departments; ensure alignment of requirements and delivery of solutions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in SAP manufacturing, including 2+ years in a Team Lead or Solution Architect role
•Experience with at least one S/4HANA Embedded EWM or Decentralized EWM project
•Team Leadership & Delivery Ownership - manage functional consultants, assign tasks, ensure deliverable quality, and drive sprint outcomes
•Estimation & Planning - participate in scope estimation, sprint/phase planning, and manage dependencies within the production domain
•Understanding of SAP Activate methodology for rapid deployment of functionality
