Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale service programs across production data centers, coordinating GPU-driven compute and advanced networking technologies.
  • •Support in-field service operations including incident management, warranty delivery, and scalable hardware replacement for customer FRUs.
  • •Plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades and retrofit programs across AI deployments, including system refreshes, hardware swaps, firmware rollouts, and architecture changes.
  • •Collaborate with hyperscale customers on service strategies tied to real-world data center operations (rack-level deployment, cluster expansion, failure domain development).
  • •Enable global field and regional teams with runbooks, training, tools, and standardized processes; apply operational insights to drive efficiency and continuous service improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 - 379,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Network Engineering plus strong program management expertise.
  • •15+ years supporting hyperscale or cloud data center environments with extensive compute and network technologies.
  • •Practical experience leading production data center activities such as hardware installation, rack setup, cluster initialization, and lifecycle oversight.
  • •Proven track record supporting GPU-based compute platforms and/or large-scale networking infrastructure in live environments.
  • •Demonstrable experience in field service operations, including incident management and hardware replacement methods (FRU/CRU).
