Perform cosmetic reconditioning for used vehicles, including inspections and advanced repairs such as paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing to meet CarMax quality and appearance standards. Execute standardized reconditioning processes at pace, identify defects and select repair methods, and complete final quality checks. Support auction preparation and assist with moving vehicles on and off the lot while following CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and maintaining a clean work area.
