Job Summary

Support planning and execution of Peloton’s discount and growth programs across our global business. Drive go-to-market workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage promotional calendars, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of campaigns. This hands-on, operational role collaborates with Creative, Ecommerce, and Member Support to optimize revenue growth and member acquisition through well-executed promotions and programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the tactical execution of discounting campaigns and evergreen programs, managing timelines, dependencies, and work streams to ensure timely market delivery.
•Maintain and organize the Promotions and Growth Programs calendar, updating critical promotional documentation (Source of Truth, Run of Show, testing details, summaries).
•Conduct QA reviews of creative assets to ensure pricing accuracy, legal compliance, and consistent messaging across channels prior to launch.
•Manage day-to-day backend operational tasks, including submitting tickets, developing internal messaging, and routing documentation for approvals.
•Be adaptable to changing business needs, proactively solving issues to ensure successful promotions and program launches.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to a variety of audiences
•An agile, flexible mindset with a proven ability to pivot quickly and work collaboratively under direction during fast-paced promotional shifts
