Job Summary

Own end-to-end functional delivery for SAP warehouse and transportation solutions across the SAP landscape, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems. Lead fit-to-standard/gap assessments, govern SIT/UAT/regression and go-live readiness, and manage cutover and post go-live stabilization. Provide functional escalation and design authority for SAP MM/WM, overseeing interfaces such as IDocs, APIs, and middleware, while mentoring functional leads and coordinating with PMO, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide functional leadership for SAP MM/WM across implementation and support initiatives.
•Act as primary functional escalation and design authority; lead fit-to-standard and fit-gap assessments.
•Lead integrations between MM/WM and SAP S/4HANA (including SD, MM, FI) and oversee interfaces such as IDocs, APIs, middleware, and third-party logistics systems.
•Manage functional delivery for SAP implementation/transformation programs, including SIT/UAT/regression and go-live readiness, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization.
•Lead and mentor functional leads and consultants; coordinate with PMO, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders and report status, risks, and dependencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Information Systems or related discipline.
•12+ years of SAP experience with strong depth in MM/WM.
•2–3+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA.
•Experience delivering large enterprise SAP programs and global delivery models.
•Preferred: SAP MM/WM certifications; experience with SAP Activate and Agile/SAFe/hybrid delivery models.
