Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build automated control test suites (Apex tests, integration tests, end-to-end validation) to verify controls and evidence outputs across the compliance tooling portfolio.
  • •Automate evidence validation pipelines to continuously check completeness, freshness, accuracy, and correct mapping to control requirements as evidence is collected.
  • •Translate compliance and Salesforce Security Standards (SFSS) requirements into machine-executable test cases, evidence acceptance criteria, and pass/fail assertions.
  • •Build evidence integrity and regression testing to detect compliance drift, broken evidence lineage, stale artifacts, and control regressions.
  • •Validate platform integrations and establish quality gates by integrating automated compliance tests into SFDX/CI pipelines; support dashboards and partner with Internal Audit & Evaluation and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in QA/test engineering with automated testing on the Salesforce Platform, including Apex unit/integration tests, SOQL/SOSL, and validation of Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk/Streaming).
  • •Strong test automation skills building maintainable automated test suites, with proficiency in SQL and Python for data validation and evidence pipeline verification.
  • •Experience validating data integrity, completeness, and correctness across ETL/integration pipelines and canonical data models.
  • •Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into precise, testable specifications and automated assertions.
  • •Experience with control testing and evidence/audit requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS), or strong appetite to learn.
