Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support proposal-phase cost estimate development and develop detailed procurement plans post-booking.
  • •Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers/subcontractors; issue RFQs, evaluate bids for compliance, and negotiate commercial and delivery-related terms to achieve savings/productivity (including reverse auction tools).
  • •Convert subcontract requisitions into purchase orders; monitor subcontract purchase order performance and communicate with Operations to address unsatisfactory performance.
  • •Drive supply chain initiatives and compliance (including bid deviation policy), including e-ordering, catalogues, and e-invoicing adoption; support invoice resolution and working capital improvements.
  • •Manage commodity strategies and supplier relationships, analyze commodity markets for opportunities/risks, support supplier consolidation, and partner with Audit teams while implementing HSE policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a Purchasing, Supply Chain and/or Materials Management environment.
  • •Experience in the Facilities Management/construction industry.
  • •At least 5–7 years of experience in the Main-Con or GC ecosystem in Singapore.
  • •Ability to manage supplier/subcontractor negotiations and understand commercial terms and procurement of goods and services.
  • •Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar procurement systems is preferred.
